I am very pleased with my service today. I had a new stylist named Laken and she took the time to talk with me and find out what I liked and wanted my hair to be like. She asked a coworker for tips and the coworker, Erin, was very helpful and treated it as a teaching moment. She did not give her an attitude or come off as looking down on her. I really appreciated how that interaction went. I would definitely look to have either of these ladies do my haircuts in the future. Great jobs ladies!

They are always friendly there. I get good service every time. One stop, the stylist joked with the other about putting some guy in the trunk and then helping the cops look for him. That hair cut came with a show. Hilarious...and I left a good tip!

Our stylist, Erin, is wonderful. My 6-year-old son has autism and haircuts are always really difficult for him. Erin is always so incredibly patient and kind and helps him to feel as comfortable as possible. My son’s haircut is always fantastic and he looks so handsome. We couldn’t ask for a stylist better than Erin. We are very grateful for her.

Jordan was absolutely amazing. This was the best consult I've ever had for a hair cut, she didn't try to tell me too change my part or talk to me like i don't know how to do my hair. I have curly hair and yes I like to wear it straight too. I also have a very deep part on the side. When I walked in I wasn't 1/2 inch to 1 inch taken off for length and lots of layers. She said she could do Thayer and showed me that 2 inches is really what I needed for my hair to be healthy so I agreed. She cut my hair both wet and dry due to my curls but also she wanted to make sure layer wise that they're wouldn't be all on one side. I left there feeling great and confident. In all the years of doing my hair and getting it cut over never had someone actually listen and get the look I have in my head for my long hair. 10/10 I would go to her over and over again
